1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Tanveer Kamal is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Tanveer Kamal without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:
Track your order.
Review your account history.
Save your details for faster checkout next time.
Manage your account details, address book, and email preferences.
Add sold-out items you like to your Wish List.

To set up an account, simply click ‘Register’ and enter your details.

3. What payment methods does Tanveer Kamal accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
Currently, the following online payment methods are accepted at Tanveer Kamal: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay. The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers worldwide. All your details and data will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via SSL encryption.

4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency that we use on our website is USD; however, you have an option of switching the currency to Pakistani Rupee, British Pound, Sterling, Canadian Dollar, and Euro. To change the currency, click on the currency option appearing on the top right-hand corner of the page.

5. Which countries does Tanveer Kamal ship to?
Worldwide.

6. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We ship online orders for Ready to Wear in 3 to 5 working days, while Made to Order items take up to 4 to 6 weeks. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service.

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we are offering same-day delivery only for selected unstitched items.

8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
You do not have to pay any duties or taxes when you purchase a product from Tanveer Kamal because we offer free shipping and do not charge additional costs to our customers for all local orders. International orders may incur charges based on the location.

9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you have the right to ask our customer services to cancel an item, change the size, or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 24 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 24 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after the duration of 24 hours.

10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This number will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.

11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
Our team at Tanveer Kamal has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that the display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
